INCONTO Digital Invoice ™ makes it possible for you to receive digital invoices from your vendors, using file types such as XML (Extended Markup Language). These files are automatically processed in the INCONTO ® software and offered to the organization via the correct 'workflow'. Not only will this eliminate a large part of the processing costs and associated import problem, this method also ensures that you will no longer miss invoices and a much better (real time) understanding of pending financial obligations.
